Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 2bd22 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 2bd22 website located at https://2bd22.app and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing the 2bd22 website, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. 2bd22 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to a national identification card, passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification reveals that a player was under 18 at the time of registration, the account will be closed, all deposits will be returned where traceably possible, and any winnings accumulated will be forfeited.

Account Registration & Security

2bd22 will never contact you by email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 2bd22 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before the first withdrawal from your account and may be requested at any time at 2bd22's discretion. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Processing of KYC documents is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Deposits & Withdrawals

• Currency: All account balances, bets, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied for players transacting in BDT.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administrative fee of ৳50 may be applied to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

2bd22 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or an ongoing investigation into the account. Players will be notified of any such hold within a reasonable timeframe and given the opportunity to provide clarifying documentation.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

2bd22 publishes a new bonus offer every 24 hours, including daily reload bonuses, free spins bundles, cricket cashback promotions, and seasonal specials tied to BPL fixtures, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladeshi calendar events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses awarded to your account carry a wagering requirement ("playthrough requirement"). This means you must wager the bonus amount — and in some cases the bonus plus your qualifying deposit — a specified number of times before any funds derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in the individual offer terms at the time of opt-in.

Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of award. Bonuses that are not used or wagering requirements that are not completed within the expiry window will be automatically removed from your account without compensation.

• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using third-party funding methods, placing opposing bets to "lock in" bonus funds, or engaging in any form of coordinated bonus exploitation is strictly prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
• Game Weighting: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino titles, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Game contribution rates are specified in individual offer terms.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a wagering requirement is active, a maximum single bet or stake limit of ৳500 per round or transaction applies unless individual offer terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in winnings being voided.
• Withdrawal Cap: Some bonus promotions carry a maximum withdrawable amount on bonus winnings. Where applicable, this cap is stated in the individual offer terms. For example, a free-spins bonus may cap withdrawable winnings at ৳5,000 regardless of the total winnings generated.

2bd22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where operational, legal, or technical circumstances require it. Where a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, reasonable steps will be taken to honour the terms in place at the time of award.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

• Abandoned & Suspended Matches: In the event that a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or suspended before the specified completion threshold, bets on that event will be settled according to the specific market rules published for that event type.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief processing delay to prevent exploitation of delayed data feeds. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Live odds fluctuate in real time; the odds displayed at confirmation are the odds applied to the settled bet.
• Obvious Errors: In the event of a manifest error in odds — for example, odds that are clearly the result of a technical fault rather than a genuine market price — 2bd22 reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum single-event payout limit applies to sports betting markets. The applicable limit is displayed on the relevant market page and may vary by sport and bet type. Winnings exceeding the maximum payout cap will be settled at the cap value.

For casino games, players should note that all titles carry a built-in house edge as specified in each game's published Return to Player (RTP) percentage. The house edge is a mathematical feature of the game design, not a manipulation of outcomes. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes in RNG-certified games.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 2bd22. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to gain an advantage not available to other players through normal play.
• Chargeback Fraud: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute on a deposit that was used for gambling purposes after the funds have been wagered. Chargeback fraud will result in permanent account closure and debt recovery proceedings.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player: You may close your 2bd22 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within five business days. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Suspension or Closure by 2bd22: 2bd22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC.
• Confirmed or suspected money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.

Where an account is closed by 2bd22 due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus balances will be forfeited in all cases of closure due to breach. 2bd22 will provide written notification of account closure and the grounds for that decision where legally permissible to do so.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2bd22 shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 2bd22's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that 2bd22 is not responsible for any gambling losses you sustain through normal, lawful use of the Platform. You accept full responsibility for all betting and gaming decisions made under your account.

Amendments & Governing Law

Amendments: 2bd22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will provide reasonable notice via in-platform notification or email to the address registered on your account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall, to that extent, be severed from the remaining Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2bd22 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Language: These Terms are published in English. In the event of any translation being produced for reference purposes, the English-language version shall prevail in all cases of inconsistency or dispute.
